Still life: vintage writing desk by the window at night, soft light

A nocturnal still life showing a vintage writing desk by a window: a neat stack of yellowed paper, an antique fountain pen, an inkwell and a small glass jar of artist brushes. Narrow strips of paper are taped crosswise on the window, giving the scene a subdued, warm and slightly mysterious mood of an old writing corner filled with creative history.
