A surreal watercolor illustration depicts a chilling winter scene. Dominating the composition is a figure shrouded in a dark, hooded cloak with a featureless black face, from which two glowing red eyes peer out. The cloak appears to be entwined with skeletal, leafless tree branches, extending outwards to frame a cheerful snowman. The snowman, composed of three white snowballs, features a carved coal smile, button eyes and a carrot nose. The figure is embracing the snowman, appearing in a gentle pose. The setting is a snowy winter landscape, with a full moon visible in the background, subtly illuminating the scene. The color palette is dominated by cool blues, whites, and blacks, lending a haunting atmosphere to the artwork. Snowflakes are scattered throughout the image, enhancing the wintry ambiance. The style is illustrative, with soft watercolor textures and a slightly blurred effect, suggesting a dreamlike quality.
